I am a licensed health psychologist originally from San Antonio, Texas. I have spent the last four years working within the primary care/hospital setting. I have experience providing communication coaching and teaching to internal medicine residents. I interface with medical providers and staff daily in my job as a health psychologist. When working with individuals I strive to work towards goals briefly and collaboratively to ensure progress. I specialize in brief behavior change, mood disorder, sleep, and LGBT issues. When not busy with work, I enjoy exploring different cities and being a foodie.
