Allison Fox, FNP, received her MSN at Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professionals in 2004. She has worked in community health for almost two decades and discovered first hand how integral self-care is for longevity as a primary care provider. In 2019 she became a life coach to inspire professionals to challenge their self-limiting beliefs in order to thrive in all aspects of their life. She lives in Portland, OR where she enjoys cycling, running, and being in nature.
Tina Runyan, PhD, ABPPAs an instructor, I draw heavily from my own mindfulness practice, training as a 200-hour registered yoga teacher, training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and my deep roots in health psychology. I love the art of facilitation and teaching through shared experience.
Joan Fleishman, PsyD loves to build things. Community, culture, teams, relationships, self-efficacy, insight. Her experience as a leader and clinician in large healthcare systems has given her extensive insight into the problems that clinicians face in getting proper mental health care. This has been the catalyst for Tend Health. Her work in medical settings has focused on dismantling the stigma of mental health, suicide, transgender, and substance use. Tend Health is a continuation of this work. Her focus on innovation, entrepreneurship, and expert care fuels her work as a coach and clinician.
