After Residency: Group Coaching for New Grads

You just spent 23 + years of your life in some sort of structured education. And most likely the last 3-4 years feeling less than human most of the time. Some of you actually have *gasp* free time now… Resurfacing after residency can feel surreal and brings its own challenges.
There can be a huge shift for people as they start this next chapter. This group will focus on taking stock of the person you are now. We will explore what you need most right now, celebrate wins and identify areas in which you feel stuck. Through all this we will weave reflection on the whirlwind that was residency.
This group is open to anyone who has finished residency in the past 24 months.
Technology Requirements
This is a live, online video class. To ensure the best possible experience for all participants, the program relies on video conferencing. Minimum requirements include a computer with speakers, microphone, and video capabilities, as well as a high-speed internet connection. You can also review the system requirements for the Zoom online meeting platform.
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
We get it – life happens and can be messy. We care about developing a relationship with you and want you to be fully satisfied. If you have registered and paid for a course/coaching and need to postpone, we will issue you a credit to hold your space for a future date. If you register and pay for a course or group coaching that you cannot or choose not to attend, cancel your registration by email with us and we will give you a full refund minus a $20 fee to cover credit card processing.
