Pricing for Integrated Medication Support

Service	Cost
Initial Visit (60 Min)	$550
Follow Up Visits (30 Min)	$275
Follow Up Visits (60 min)	$550

Although we do not bill insurance directly and are not in-network for any insurance carriers, medication support is a medical service. This means you can use your flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA) to pay for these visits. A HSA or FSA credit or debit card can be used.

Out-of-Network Benefits: If you have a PPO, you should have a portion of each session reimbursed after you meet your deductible.

We offer all students and trainees a 25% discount on coaching services.

Tina Runyan, PhD, ABPP

As an instructor, I draw heavily from my own mindfulness practice, training as a 200-hour registered yoga teacher, training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and my deep roots in health psychology. I love the art of facilitation and teaching through shared experience.

Meet Your Coach

Allison Fox, FNP, received her MSN at Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professionals in 2004. She has worked in community health for almost two decades and discovered first hand how integral self-care is for longevity as a primary care provider. In 2019 she became a life coach to inspire professionals to challenge their self-limiting beliefs in order to thrive in all aspects of their life. She lives in Portland, OR where she enjoys cycling, running, and being in nature.

Meet Your Coach

Joan Fleishman, PsyD loves to build things. Community, culture, teams, relationships, self-efficacy, insight. Her experience as a leader and clinician in large healthcare systems has given her extensive insight into the problems that clinicians face in getting proper mental health care. This has been the catalyst for Tend Health. Her work in medical settings has focused on dismantling the stigma of mental health, suicide, transgender, and substance use. Tend Health is a continuation of this work. Her focus on innovation, entrepreneurship, and expert care fuels her work as a coach and clinician.

Meet Your Teacher

Christine is a nurse, certified as both a Koru and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher, and is also a Wellcoaches™ Certified Personal Health & Wellness Coach. After many years in nursing clinical practice and leadership, she pursued her doctorate & research interest of focusing on introducing mindfulness as a tool to cultivate resiliency & mitigate burnout in nurses. Christine is dedicated to the support of nurses’ wellbeing and provides practical support and expertise to help nurses learn and incorporate individualized self-care practices.

Currently, she is focused on integrating mindfulness & resiliency training into the formal education of nursing & physician students and trainees in both the academic and clinical setting.

Outside of work, Christine enjoys keeping active (preferably by or on the ocean) while spending time with her adult daughters, pups, and family.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

We get it – life happens and can be messy. We care about developing a relationship with you and want you to be fully satisfied. If you have registered and paid for a course/coaching and need to postpone, we will issue you a credit to hold your space for a future date. If you register and pay for a course or group coaching that you cannot or choose not to attend, cancel your registration by email with us and we will give you a full refund minus a $20 fee to cover credit card processing.
